Rima, I met by pure chance and what a great connection it’s been! Rima helped me take an elderly guest around london in a wheel chair - tower of london and bus tours, it was such a great help and using the underground- she was kind, thoughtful and full of positive vibes! We took care of my uncle who has dementia for many years. It got to a point where we were struggling and needed to find a carer that could help us. Choosing the right carer for my uncle was becoming quite difficult until we found Rima from Kindness and Care. Rima and her staff demonstrate great kindness, are very caring and extremely supportive to the care given to my uncle at home. They play memory games, do exercises and take him for a walk. At the moment they come in the mornings and evenings where they wash him, dress him in clean clothes (they even do the clothes washing and put them out to dry), do a little clean if needed and empty his bins. They prepare breakfast and evening meals, give him his medications and make time to sit and chat to him. Would highly recommend Kindness and Care. You will not be disappointed.
