I wholeheartedly recommend Rima. She is a professional and phenomenal caregiver to my mum. The family wanted someone like a daughter to care for mum and Rima is this and so much more. Her energy and zest for caring is like no other carer we’ve experienced. She has worked with mum so closely making sure she eats well, exercises when necessary to make her stronger and they have the most amazing connection now. Rima provided care for my grandfather at a time when my family needed it most. He was like a second father to me and it was hard to find anyone outside the family who could provide the care we wanted for him. From day one, Rima brought joy and happiness into his life. She built a great rapport with him and whenever I went round there and Rima had been there, there was a smile on his lips and his eyes shone a little brighter. There’s care and then there’s the level of care Rima brings. She doesn’t see people as clients but more like family and I knew that every time we left him in her care, he would be truly looked after. If there’s anyone in your life that you know needs a little extra support and care, then you should look no further….she was amazing for him and our family – a person who goes above and beyond.

Rima looked after my wonderful mother in law in the last weeks of her life. She was one of the most kind and caring carers that I had come across and I had met quite a few as my own mother had only just recently passed away. She brought light and laughter into the room at a time when we normally would have felt sad and despondent. She even got me to join my mother in law who was already bed bound in doing some painting. That is a memory I will carry with me forever. Rima has a positive can-do attitude and goes above and beyond to look after those who she cares for.
